LAF meaning inFinancialin Hindi By Sansar Lochan on April 21, 201731 Comments Share on Facebook Follow on Facebook Add to Google+ Connect on Linked in Subscribe by Email Print This Post LAF का full form है – Liquidity Adjustment Facilities. आपने शायद मेरे कई पोस्ट पढ़े होंगे जिसमें मैंने RBI, money supply को कैसे कण्ट्रोल करती है जिसे हम Govt. का monitory policy भी कहते हैं. Repo Rate, Reverse Repo Rate, CRR आदि भी monitory policy के अंतर्गत आती है. इस प्रकार LAF भी एक ऐसा tool है जिसे RBI short-term money supply के लिए प्रयोग करती है. LAF का इतिहास 1998 बैंकिंग रेक्टर रिफार्म के लिए Narsminam Committee बनी थी जिसने LAF को लागू करने की सिफारिश की थी. 1999 RBI ने interim LAF पेश किया गया. 2000 RBI full-fledged LAF introduce किया गया.   आपने Bollywood movies में देखा होगा कि कोई भूरी आँख वाला विदेशी स्मगलर India आता है और India के top smuggler से एक deal करता है. भूरी आँखों वाला smuggler इंडिया का के कुछ golden statues चाहता है और बदले में एक काले suitcase में ढेर सारा mazuma देता है. भारत वाला smuggler statues का auction/नीलामी करता है और deal over हो जाता है. कुछ इसी तरह LAF के अंतर्गत भी होता है. LAF के जरिये बैंक किसी भी आपात स्थिति के लिए या CRR और SLR को maintain करने के लिए RBI से पैसे उधार ले सकता है. LAF के अंतर्गत, RBI सरकारी प्रतिभूतियों (Govt. securities) की नीलामी करता है. न्यूनतम बोली-प्रक्रिया की राशि  (biding-amount) 5 करोड़ रुपये की होती है. LAF में, RTGS (Real time gross settlement) के माध्यम से पैसों का लेन-देन होता है. LAF के बारे में ध्यान रखने वाली बातें Minimum prompting की राशि 5 करोड़ रुपये है. सभी बैंक LAF bid के लिए योग्य हैं. बैंक जितनी चाहे उतनी रकम उधार के रूप में ले सकता है जब तक उसके पास securities sell करने की क्षमता है. SLR quota को बैंक security sell के लिए प्रयोग में नहीं ला सकता. LAF क्या होता है? UPSC की मुख्य परीक्षा देते वक़्त आपसे पूछा जाता है कि आप कौन-से पोस्ट को Prefer करते हैं…जिसमें आपको क्रम से सजाना होता है – जैसे आप पहले नंबर पर IPS, दूसरे नंबर पर IAS…etc भरेंगे….आपके सफल होने के बाद कमीशन निर्णय लेता है कि आपको कौन-सा पोस्ट दिया जाए… UPSC की परीक्षा देने के लिए आपका स्नातक होना जरुरी है. Prelims exam ऑब्जेक्टिव परीक्षा है. उसमें उत्तीर्ण होने के बाद आप Mains में प्रवेश करोगे. Mains एक लिखित परीक्षा है. इसमें भी उत्तीर्ण होने के बाद आपका इंटरव्यू लिया जाएगा. और मेंस प्लस इंटरव्यू के मार्क्स को जोड़कर आप सफल हो या नहीं, यह रिजल्ट में पता चलेगा.
